Return & Refund Policy


Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable otherwise cancellation fees of 30% on purchase price will be imposed.


All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days after date of invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Cooz Auto Performance within this time period to be eligible for a return.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to our customer service ASAP at +60172292882 within 3 days of receiving your items.


There are certain situations where no returns or exchanges will be allowed :( if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


Kindly make sure the parts fix with your car model before place order. Refund will not be accepted if order was place wrongly. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.


If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is nonrefundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



REFUND (if applicable)

A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Cooz Auto Performance. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days..


Refused shipments sent back to to Cooz Auto Performance do not constitute a refund or credit. to Cooz Auto Performance reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 30% restocking fee.


Refunds for any reason processed through Paypal may be subject to additional processing fees charged by Paypal, typically up to 4.7% of the transaction value. Refunds are returned only to the Paypal account used to place the original order and can take up to 7-14 days to clear.


Refunds processed through direct credit card transactions using the Ipay88 gateway can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 1-7 business day, but can take up to 7 days to clear depending on the bank and credit card used.




If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! We strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake.(It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!
