Our standard delivery timeframe is 1–7 Malaysian business days, unless the part is made to order. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday.
We require 1–2 days to process an order and normally dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them.
Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be available under My Orders on our website.
If an order is returned to Malaysia because an incorrect address was provided or no one was available to receive delivery, the customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with resending the order.
08 / OVERSEAS PURCHASES
All international orders are final, and returns will not be accepted. It is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part.
09 / CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
Buyers should inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any defects or missing items must be reported by email or direct contact within three (3) days of receipt.
Failure to provide notice within three (3) days of receipt shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
10 / COURIER CLAIMS
The seller shall not be held responsible for parcels lost during delivery by the courier service. Buyers may submit a claim to the courier company, and we can assist with the claim process.
11 / STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you and offer the option to select an alternative product or cancel your order for a refund.
If the product is expected to be restocked soon, we will contact you with the estimated arrival date. Your order will be dispatched once all items are available.
